to the beach w/the fam
to hear live music (folk/pop) at a bar and classical on the street
to an arts festival
to a cool coffee shop
to the movie up
to get ice cream
to take many walks
to read many books
to write one short essay

- Born in a small midwestern town, I have fondness for forests and lakes but also love the intellectual and spiritual delights of Boston and England. I work for a church-related institution in a mid-size, mid-atlantic city which is a pleasant-enough-non-place. I converted to Catholicism eleven years ago and have since then meandered between orthodoxy/republican beliefs, almost agnostic/green party pursuits, and now progressive small-c catholic seeker/democrat. Let's see how long this phase of my spiritual journey lasts!
